Overview

Britisle LLC ("Britisle," "we," "us," or "our") operates britislellc.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, contact us, or place an order, how we use that information, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Britisle LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with a registered address at 1910 Thomes Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, United States.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

Information you provide directly

  • Contact form submissions: name, email address, subject, and message content.
  • Order inquiries and correspondence: name, shipping address, billing address, email, and phone number when you place or discuss an order with us by email or phone.
  • Customer support requests: any details you choose to share when contacting contact@britislellc.com.

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools.
  • Cookies and similar technologies used to remember basic site preferences and to understand aggregate site usage (see "Cookies & tracking" below).

Information from payment processing

When online checkout is enabled on the Site, payment card details will be collected and processed directly by our payment processor; Britisle LLC does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries submitted through the contact form or by email or phone.
  • To process, fulfill, and provide support for orders, including communicating about shipping and delivery.
  • To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.
  • To comply with applicable legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We do not use the information you provide to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

When we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers: shipping carriers (to deliver orders), email and hosting providers (to operate the Site), and, once enabled, a payment processor (to process transactions).
  • Legal requirements: when required to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Britisle LLC, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of company assets, subject to the same protections described in this policy.

Cookies & tracking

The Site may use a small number of cookies to remember basic preferences (such as your selected product filter) and, where enabled, aggregated analytics cookies to understand traffic patterns. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect some Site functionality. The Site does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.

Data retention & security

We retain contact form submissions and order correspondence for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, fulfill an order, and meet our recordkeeping, tax, and legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards — including HTTPS encryption on the Site and access controls on our email systems — to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights & choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to receive a copy of your information in a portable format. California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and residents of the European Economic Area and UK have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@britislellc.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page; continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
