Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of britislellc.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Britisle LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Britisle," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order with Britisle. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and current.
Products, pricing & descriptions
We aim to describe our products and display pricing as accurately as possible. Product descriptions, images, and specifications shown on the Site are for general guidance; minor variations (such as color rendering on different screens) may occur. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, update prices, and modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
Orders & payment
Orders are currently placed by contacting our team through the contact form, by email, or by phone; online checkout will be added as that functionality is enabled on the Site. An order is not accepted, and no contract is formed, until we confirm it in writing (including by email). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, in which case any payment already made will be refunded.
Once online checkout is enabled, payment will be processed by a third-party payment processor, and you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; transmit malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; scrape, copy, or republish Site content without permission; or interfere with the proper functioning of the Site. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by or licensed to Britisle LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and download Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. No other use is permitted without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Britisle LLC and its members, managers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased from us. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Britisle LLC harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
General provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
